Return & Refund Policy
At Noora Abaya, we carefully inspect every order before dispatch to ensure you receive your product in the best possible condition.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are only accepted in the following cases:

All return or refund claims must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after 5 days may not be accepted.

Refund Processing
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed. The exact time for the amount to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
Important Note
Returns or refunds are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, personal preference, or any other reason unrelated to a product defect or the product being significantly different from its website description/images.
