How long does delivery take?
Delivery is FREE on every order across the UAE and takes 5–7 business days. We also deliver to Saudi Arabia.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes – cash on delivery is available across the UAE. You can also pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or split into 4 interest-free payments with tabby or tamara.
How do tabby and tamara work?
Choose tabby or tamara at checkout and split your total into 4 interest-free payments. The first payment is taken at checkout and the rest every month – no fees when you pay on time.
Which size should I choose?
Our sizes 52–60 refer to the abaya length in inches, measured from shoulder to hem. Measure from your shoulder to your ankle (or where you want it to fall) and pick the closest size. See our size guide or message us on WhatsApp and we'll help.
Can I exchange or return?
Items purchased at full price can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. Sale items are final.
Are the photos real?
Yes. Every piece in our collection is photographed on a model in our own shoot, so what you see is what you receive. Colours may vary slightly by screen.
